A splashing love!

Wow! Bam! Boom!

Their eyes popped out in surprise at the first look.

Their hearts clapped simultaneously.

Their bodies squashed against each other.

Their lips squeezed together as the world, around them… shushed.

This text is my submission to this weekend Trifecta writing challenge : Trifextra: Week Sixty-seven.

Here is the challenge :

On to the weekend challenge.  This weekend we want you to give us 33 words (exactly) that include among them at least one example of onomatopoeia.  When looking for a good page to link to in order to help describe the device, we stumbled upon our very own Apoplectic Apostrophes‘ post on literary devices.  Check it out if you need help remembering how onomatopoeia work.

Oh what have you done, Trifecta? You have no idea how this challenge made my mind pop! 😉

drapeau-francais-franceWow! Bam! Boom!
